Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Finance and Strategy Intern (Summer 2027) to join the Derivatives team in Menlo Park, CA. You will build financial models, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations to drive strategic decisions across Futures and Prediction Markets.

The role emphasizes linking business decisions to financial outcomes and collaboration with finance leads. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, legal, partnerships, and accounting while developing P&L and cash flow models.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program in business, finance, economics or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2027/Spring 2028.
• Ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communications, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives.
• Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics, and business judgment to balance details with the big picture.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize and distill financial data and provide important insights for leadership.
• Partner with product management, engineering, legal, partnerships, and accounting to evaluate new products and communicate performance vs. budgets.
• Prepare key financial decks weekly, monthly, and quarterly; highlight actionable trends and insights for Brokerage product team leads.
• Construct P&L, unit economics, and cash flow models and summarize finance recommendations for business partners.
• Assist in improving processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions for Robinhood's growth.
