Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, finance, and operations from a New Jersey base with on-site work. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with electrical systems background.
• 7–10 years of DER/renewable energy project experience.
• Experience developing projects valued from $5M to $50M+ and strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DER opportunities including solar PV, storage, microgrids and EV charging.
• Develop feasibility studies, energy modeling, audits, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering to define scope, savings, and project economics.
• Build financial models and proformas for EPC, EaaS, PPA and more.
• Manage schedules, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Transition projects from development to execution with continuity.
