Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distribution system power flow models for DER interconnections
• Assess DER interconnections and ISO-NE impacts; prepare interconnection docs
• Lead complex engineering studies and propose planning-level solutions
• Apply industry standards and regulatory requirements to planning efforts
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to identify planning needs
• Prepare high-level construction cost estimates and support project approvals
• Develop and maintain guidelines for safe DER operation
• Monitor DER-related technologies and regulatory developments
• Mentor junior engineers and review analyses
