Job summary

Jet Parts Engineering is hiring a Business Unit Manager for the DER unit. The role reports to the VP of Sales and focuses on driving year-over-year growth by expanding the DER repair portfolio and improving development throughput.

You will lead pricing, contracts, and strategic planning across the sales and engineering teams. The position is in-office at one of the DER company facilities in Euless, TX or Hauppauge, NY with 25–40% travel.

Qualifications

• Own Profit and Loss accountability for the DER Business Unit and achieve bookings, sales, and EBITDA targets.

Responsibilities
