Jet Parts Engineering, Inc. is seeking a DER Business Unit Manager to own P&L and drive growth for the DER repairs portfolio. You will coordinate with Sales and Engineering to accelerate new repair development and convert throughput into profitable business.

This in-office role offers a clear path to senior management within a global organization. The role requires 5+ years in a related field, strong analytical skills, and experience in pricing, contracts, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of total experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, or a highly engineered manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with FAA/EASA repair approval processes, DER repairs, or engineering development workflows a plus.
• Demonstrated P&L, pricing, or commercial ownership experience preferred.
• Data-driven with strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Own Profit and Loss accountability for the DER Business Unit; achieve bookings, sales, and EBITDA objectives.
• Drive value creation through profitable new business, pricing, and productivity.
• Execute a BU strategy delivering YoY growth in revenue and profitability by expanding the DER repair portfolio.
• Increase product development throughput from concept to market.
• Lead contract review and negotiation, including long-term and purchasing agreements.
• Support the sales team in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Leverage analytics to track development pipeline, throughput, and customer performance.
• Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews for executive management.
