Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM; 12+ years with BS, 10+ years with MS, 8+ years with PhD.
• Understanding of systems engineering and systems integration principles and processes.
• Demonstrated success leading teams/organizations to achieve a common goal.
• Experience in systems development, integration, and test.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Experience in leading a large-scale DoD EMD systems integration and test effort.
• Experience in leading EMD programs and conduct of milestone reviews (IDR, SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Familiarity with DOORS or Cameo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; interface with all levels of staff and management.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance; on-site Woodland Hills, CA.

Responsibilities

• Support technical management and execution of a team of engineering personnel.
• Support the SEIT Lead plan, execute, and close out program reviews and milestones (SRR, FDR, IPR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Ensure system technical compliance with the program SOW and system requirements.
• Support program Verification & Validation activities.
• Coordinate control and verification of interface requirements across the program lifecycle.
• Support collection and management of key systems engineering metrics and Technical Performance Measures.
• Coordinate between the SEIT Lead, Chief Engineer, System Architect and Engineering Program Manager to ensure integrity of the technical baseline.
