Osage County Sheriff’s Office in Osage County, KS is seeking a full-time Deputy Sheriff / School Resource Officer (SRO) to serve in a proactive law enforcement role within a rural community.

Pay starts at $23.75–$24.75 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, and vision, KP&F retirement, paid time off, uniforms, training, and a take‑home vehicle. Position open until filled; KSPOST preferred but not required.

Formación

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Kansas driver’s license
• Pass background investigation and psychological exam
• No felony or disqualifying misdemeanor convictions
• KSCPOST preferred but not required
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
