Umatilla County Sheriff's Office in Pendleton, OR seeks a Criminal Deputy Sheriff to patrol the county, enforce laws, and respond to calls for service. The role requires investigation of crimes and community policing with a service-oriented approach.

Candidates must be US citizens, 21+ at hire, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. DPSST certification or eligibility, clean driving record, and successful background checks are required.

Responsabilités

• Patrol all areas of Umatilla County.
• Enforce state, county, and federal laws.
• Respond to police service calls and investigate crimes.
• Participate in community policing projects with a service-oriented approach.
• Work all shift assignments including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meet physical requirements of the role.
