Job summary

Deputy Sheriff, Barton County Sheriff's Office

The Barton County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Road Deputy. Barton County is centrally located with four major highways running through it ( US-281, US-56 , K-156, K-96 & K-4). Deputies patrol approximately 900 square miles and serve 9 incorporated cities, several unincorporated communities, including the county seat of Great Bend.

SALARY:

PAY: Starting pay $23.00/hour for non-certified/no experience

Lateral and experienced applicants evaluated on a case-by-case basis
