Deputy Sheriff - MCPHERSON COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

The McPherson County Sheriff's Office is accepting applications for a full-time Deputy Sheriff, 12-hour shift position.

Responsibilities

Providing general law enforcement services within the jurisdictional limits of the agency, preserving public peace, protecting life and property, preventing crime, and safeguarding the constitutional rights of all citizens encountered.

Benefits

All work equipment will be supplied, including a take-home vehicle. McPherson County offers competitive benefits and paid time off.

Salary

Hourly: non-certified at $24.00 and certified at $24.96, depending on qualifications.

Position Requirements

United States Citizen, high school diploma or equivalent, 21 years of age, valid Kansas driver's license, good moral character, and no felony or domestic violence convictions.
