Job summary

M.C. Dean in Las Vegas seeks a Deputy Project Leader for the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will run day-to-day project operations, coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals, and ensure timely RFIs and documentation to keep projects on schedule. You will work with CPM scheduling, blueprints, and contract documents, maintaining accurate as-builts and project records while communicating clearly with senior staff and clients.

Qualifications

• BS (Preferred EE or Industry related degree) with 5-7 years of experience.
• Experience with construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $10M.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
• Proficiency with CPM Scheduling and design techniques, tools, and principals for technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of a project or sub-section of a project.
• Identify change orders and ensure effective resolution.
• Plan and monitor cash flow against cash expenses.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Confer with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve project issues.
