Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Deputy Program Manager in Annapolis, MD to lead the Oceanic Systems program within NGMS. The role requires directing a diverse team, managing budgets, schedules, and customer engagement while ensuring compliance with security requirements.

You will brief customer leadership and manage cross-functional IPT teams, leveraging strong leadership and program management skills in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant management/leadership experience or Master’s with 6 years of experience.
• Proven ability to drive programmatic battle rhythms and strong customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing program budgets and schedules.
• Cultivating and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Providing clear leadership and direction to the program team.
• Managing activities in compliance with customer security requirements.
