Barbaricum is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the anticipated Product Manager Robotic and Autonomous Systems (PdM RGCS) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) effort at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, providing day-to-day oversight of trainers, maintainers, and logistics support staff.

The role runs the program's management rhythm—task-order management, financial reporting, and program reviews—ensuring NET, TPF, and maintenance operations are planned, resourced, and executed on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain at least a Secret level security clearance.
• Eight years of experience since 2000 in maintenance and training of fielded military equipment.
• Two years as certified military equipment instructor with FIFC/ABIC/ITC.
• Experience managing a CLS or task‑order contract with a CLS team of five or more personnel.
• Program-management experience with cost, schedule, performance, and risk; hands‑on CFSR and CDRL reporting.
• Proficiency in technical inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of complex systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to interface with military personnel and senior Government leadership.
• Must be located at Fort Leonard Wood or able to manage from there.

Responsibilities

• Task Order Management: facilitate weekly meetings, prepare cost, schedule, performance discussions.
• Oversee teams to plan, resource, and execute products, schedules, and events on time and budget.
• Assist PM in managing personnel, logistics, quality control, and contract requirements.
• Provide day‑to‑day management of trainers, maintainers, and support staff for NET/TPF.
• Monitor NET and TPF events; coordinate with Government and stakeholders.
• Ensure Senior Trainer duties are covered in their absence.
• Develop and deliver Monthly Contract Funds Status Reports and other reports.
• Conduct PMRs with RGCS NET and Fielding Manager; review CDRL submissions for accuracy.
• Coordinate with logisticians to ship NMC systems to Fort Leonard Wood; ensure TI/repair in timely manner.
• Interface with units requesting maintenance; review DA 2404/5988E forms.
• Participate in NMIBs, IPMs, IPTs; brief KO, COR, and Project Officers as needed.
• As a qualified military instructor, conduct NET or maintenance for RGCS systems as needed.
• Be prepared to travel CONUS/OCONUS to support mission requirements.
