Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the PdM RGCS CLS at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. You will oversee trainers, maintainers, and logistics staff, manage task orders, cost reporting, and program reviews to ensure NET, TPF, and maintenance are planned and executed on time and budget.

The ideal candidate has a Secret clearance, 8+ years in military equipment maintenance/training, and prior CLS program management experience, with willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain at least a Secret level security clearance.
• Eight+ years of experience since 2000 in the maintenance and training of fielded military equipment.
• Two+ years as a certified military equipment instructor (FIFC, ABIC, or ITC).
• Experience managing a CLS or task-order contract, leading a CLS team of five or more.
• Program-management experience spanning cost, schedule, performance, and risk with CFSR and CDRL reporting.
• Proficiency in conducting technical inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of complex systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, interfacing with military and senior Government leadership.
• Willing to be located at Fort Leonard Wood and manage teams and programs there.
• Valid civilian driver's license; travel CONUS/OCONUS as required.

Responsibilities

• Task Order Management: facilitate weekly meetings, provide materials, and prepare for discussions on cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Oversee the team to plan and execute products, schedules, and events on time and on budget.
• Assist the PM in managing personnel, logistics, quality control, and contractor support to meet TO requirements.
• Provide day-to-day management of trainers, maintainers, and support staff for NET and contract requirements.
• Monitor NET and TPF events; coordinate with Government and stakeholders.
• Ensure tasks performed by the Senior Trainer are covered in their absence.
• Develop and deliver the Monthly Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) and other reports.
• Conduct quarterly PMRs with the RGCS NET and Fielding Manager.
• Consolidate and review CDRL submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with logisticians for shipping Non-Mission Capable systems; TI and repairs.
• Interface with supported units for DA 2404/5988E; assign personnel to review forms.
• Participate in NMIBs, IPRs, IPT meetings; brief KO, COR, and Project Officers as necessary.
• As qualified military instructor, conduct NET or maintenance for RGCS systems when necessary.
• Global deployment readiness to travel/deploy CONUS/OCONUS.
