Job summary

Barbaricum seeks a Deputy Program Manager for the PdM RGCS CLS effort at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The role provides day‑to‑day oversight of trainers, maintainers, and logistics staff, running the program's rhythm including task-order management and performance reporting to government customers.

The candidate will manage NET/TPF planning and execution, and serve as a principal point of contact for cost, schedule, performance, and risk while coordinating with the Government and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in maintenance and training of fielded military equipment.
• Two years as a certified military equipment instructor with recognized course completion.
• Experience managing a CLS or TO contract with a mobile team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee task-order management, leading weekly meetings and cost/schedule/risk discussions.
• Direct trainers, maintainers, and logistics staff to meet NET/TPF requirements.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and PMRs to Govt stakeholders.
• Coordinate with logisticians on shipping, TI/repairs, and fielding activities.
• Interface with KO, COR, and POs; brief leadership as needed.
