Job summary

Peraton seeks an experienced Deputy Program Manager for the CBP Network Operations Center. You will lead contract operations, manage multi-site teams, and serve as the PM in their absence. Strong client relationships and on-time delivery are essential.

The role requires full-time on-site presence at the CBP NOC facility in Ashburn, VA, with emphasis on risk management, scheduling, and performance monitoring across a complex IT network program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent and 12 years of experience in technical leadership or management.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DHS CBP clearance.
• PM certification (PMP) and experience managing large, federal IT programs.
• Experience leading multi-location teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong IT network, NOC concepts, ITIL, and FAR/DFAR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee contract operation support functions for the CBP NOC program.
• Direct operations across multiple sites and mentor staff to maintain performance.
• Act as PM in the PM's absence and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Maintain senior-level client relationships and manage risk with executives.
• Develop schedules, manage WBS, and report program health and progress.
