Job summary

KBR seeks a Deputy Program Manager for the APS-3 program at Goose Creek, SC. The role serves as Site Manager, coordinating contractor operations and management functions, with a focus on Army maintenance and supply operations under cost-plus contracting models.

The candidate will lead large teams, ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and act as the primary interface with the customer for planning and execution of operations and logistics. A strong background in STAMIS/GCSS-A is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics/related field or engineering; military contracting experience acceptable in lieu.
• 10+ years in related field with 7+ years in management or supervisory role.
• Secret clearance required; US Army contractor deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics with APS-3 ship maintenance cycles and port/reception activities.
• Manage logistics, maintenance and readiness for APS-3 unit sets in GCSS-A.
• Analyze contract operations data; drive corrective actions and reporting.
• Support planning and execution of Performance Work Statements (PWS).
• Maintain strong customer relationships as the primary interface for operations planning.
