Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to serve as Site Manager for the APS-3 program at Goose Creek, SC.

The role leads operations, maintenance and logistics, coordinating with the customer and managing a large workforce under a cost-plus contract. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in a related field with at least 7 years in management, strong communication, and the ability to obtain and maintain a CAC and base access.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Must obtain CAC and base access.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics/production/operations/business or an engineering field.
• 10+ years in related field with 7+ in a management/supervisory role.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics with APS-3 ship maintenance cycles.
• Manage logistics, maintenance, and readiness for APS-3 unit sets and GCSS-A/related systems.
• Coordinate planning and execution with customer; ensure delivery of required reports.
