Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead Operations Support for a federal law enforcement client. You will provide executive management and oversight of contract activities, coordinating with the CO, COR and agency leadership to align operations with mission objectives.

You will support the Senior PM in overseeing implementation, personnel, logistics, and reporting, ensuring timely deliverables and strong stakeholder relationships in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of professional experience including 10+ years supporting law enforcement personnel or operations
• Experience managing federal contracts involving operational support, personnel management, logistics, and performance oversight
• Experience coordinating with Government leadership, COs, CORs, and other key stakeholders
• Ability to oversee contract implementation, manage priorities, and ensure contract compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication across Government and Contractor organizations

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation contract implementation, personnel management, logistics, reporting and performance.
• Facilitate communication between Government and Contractor personnel; support workforce deployment and delivery of reports and deliverables.
• Maintain accountability for operational performance in a dynamic law enforcement environment.
