Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, IT operations, or technical delivery environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT services program as Huntsville-based leader.
• Coordinate with Program Manager, Technical Lead, and stakeholders.
• Oversee financial tracking, staffing, reporting, and contract administration.
• Monitor performance against contract requirements and KPIs; drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate meetings and cross-functional coordination across service desk, ops, engineering, cloud, and QA.
