POTOMAC MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the Contractor staff. You will act as Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence and ensure contractor staff adhere to standards of conduct and internal controls, while managing contractual operations to meet or exceed requirements.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, 5 years of related experience, and PMP certification or equivalent, with a Master’s degree or 12 years experience.

• Act as Program Manager in PM's absence.
• Ensure contractor staff comply with standards and internal controls.

• Drive continuous service delivery improvement activities toward more efficient capabilities and performance.

Deputy Program Manager of the Contractor staff. Acts as Program Manager, in Program Manager's absence. Responsible for ensuring contractor staff adhere to all standards of conduct and internal controls. Manage all contractual operations to meet or exceed contractual requirements. Track costs, schedule and performance for all tasks and resource reporting. Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities towards more efficient capabilities and performance. Resolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.
