Job summary

POTOMAC MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is seeking a Deputy Program Manager with an active SECRET clearance to oversee contractor staff and step in for the Program Manager as needed. You will ensure compliance with conduct and internal controls, manage contractual operations, and monitor costs, schedule and performance across all tasks and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of related experience, hold a PMP certification, and have a Masters degree or 12 years of relevant experience to drive service

Deputy Program Manager of the Contractor staff. Acts as Program Manager, in Program Manager's absence. Responsible for ensuring contractor staff adhere to all standards of conduct and internal controls. Manage all contractual operations to meet or exceed contractual requirements. Track costs, schedule and performance for all tasks and resource reporting. Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities towards more efficient capabilities and performance. Resolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.
