General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support the US Air Force Next Generation Gateway (NGG) at Hanscom AFB, MA.

You will lead day-to-day execution across cybersecurity operations, Zero Trust design, cloud security, and infrastructure workstreams, bridging strategy and engineering teams. The role requires a strong background in IT networks, governance, and policy, with supervisory experience and a Secret clearance.

Competenze

• 15+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience in IT networks, governance and policy development.
• Experience with developing policy and implementation plans for cross-network communications and services.
• Secret Clearance is required (TS preferred).
• Experience with DoW communications transport and organizations.

Mansioni

• Serve as the Local Program Manager at Hanscom AFB, MA, leading day-to-day execution across cybersecurity operations, Zero Trust design, cloud security, and infrastructure workstreams.
• Bridge between high-level program strategy and technical engineering teams to ensure performance, staffing, and risk mitigation.
• Interact with government Operations Lead and Deputy Capability Lead to understand and prioritize customer requirements and drive service delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables and that all teams meet technical SLAs.
• Participate in development of technical project plans, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate development of deliverables and maintain ongoing customer relations.
