Dark Wolf is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a large IT program under an established contract. Qualifications

Proven ability to build relationships with senior Air Force leaders and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience in contract management with proactive risk identification.
Knowledge of RMF, A&A processes, and DoD security levels.
Familiarity with offensive/defensive cybersecurity and SIEM tools.
PMP Certification held and active security clearance expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead a 40+ person team to deploy IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services.
Coordinate subcontractor relationships, invoices, NDAs, and contract documentation.
Produce client deliverables and maintain risk registers, budgets, and staffing plans.
Communicate with stakeholders and sponsors to align on project vision.
Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
