Job summary

Dark Wolf Solutions, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a large IT program on-site in Ogden, UT. You will blend commercial strategy with federal knowledge and PMO support to drive agile IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services.

The role requires coordinating 40+ personnel, managing subcontractors, and delivering key client milestones while maintaining program artifacts and risk management. A TS/SCI clearance and PMP are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with senior Air Force leaders and convey complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in contract management and proactive risk identification.
• Knowledge of RMF and A&A processes is required.
• Ability to articulate FISMA, FedRAMP levels, and DoD Impact Levels.
• US citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• PMP certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 40+ personnel to deploy IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services.
• Oversee multidisciplinary groups: offensive/defensive cybersecurity, DevOps, and communications.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, invoices, NDAs, and budgets.
• Produce client deliverables and maintain PM artifacts (risks, budgets, staffing).
• Communicate with stakeholders and align with the business vision and objectives.
• Allocate resources and drive cyber strategy and policy implementation.
