FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee NCCS 2.0 in Springfield, VA. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI DoD security clearance and US citizenship.

The DPM will support the Program Manager in directing day-to-day program execution, staffing, and performance management across SOWs and task orders. As the deputy, you will ensure continuity of operations, coordinate with security, HR, and subcontractors, and lead incident response and reporting efforts while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity management experience.
• Experience with DoD/Cleared programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct NCCS 2.0 program and Task Order execution across all SOW areas.
• Provide leadership during incidents, staffing surges, and outages.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and credentialing for a geographically distributed workforce.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and escalate significant concerns to the PM.
• Support budget, financial reporting, and monthly program deliverables.
