Position Description:
As a deputy program manager, you’ll implement and maintain impactful programs by guiding multi-disciplined teams in the successful execution and sustainment of various programs.
Your clients will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while the teams will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. You’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in program management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. Desired Qualifications:
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for these positions is $140,000 to $160,000. However, Altamira Technologies Corporation considers multiple variables when determining compensation, including but not limited to, the level of responsibilities, prior work experience, education/certifications, customer contractual specifications, and any clearance requirements.
