Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a program or project manager role.
• Ability to serve as the primary interface to the Government customer to receive direction and report the team's activities and accomplishments.
• Knowledge of managing milestone deliveries under Firm Fixed-Price / T&M contracts / OTA contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Experience with bid and proposal efforts.

Responsibilities

• Measuring and reporting program performance.
• Participating in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, schedule milestones, and key terms and conditions.
• Participate in bid and proposal efforts
• Managing suppliers to meet program objectives.
• Managing Government/customer supplied property or information (GFE, CFE, etc.)
• Delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage programmatic and financial risks and opportunities
• Adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards.
• Various personnel and administrative tasks as assigned
