QCS Staffing seeks a Deputy PMO Lead for a US-based project in Ohio, supporting a multi-billion-dollar life sciences build. The role focuses on leading PMO operations, governance, and cross-workstream coordination to ensure schedule integrity and timely reporting.

The candidate will drive PMO services across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and readiness activities, with strong experience in complex capital projects and senior-level programme leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive progressive programme, project or PMO leadership experience.
• Senior operational leader within a programme-level PMO with governance and reporting responsibilities.
• Construction-phase experience on complex capital programmes with multiple delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the PMO, ensuring deadlines are met and PMO services are delivered.
• Coordinate with the PCO to ensure IMS process governance and schedule integrity.
• Identify and resolve cross-workstream conflicts before escalation to PMO Lead.
• Own the PMO reporting calendar and publish executive packs and status reports on schedule.
