Job summary

VTG is seeking a Deputy Program Manager in Chantilly, VA to support the Task Order Program Manager in executing day-to-day program management activities and ensure compliant, timely delivery of management products. The role requires coordinating internal teams to meet Government expectations and mission needs.

Key responsibilities include PMP maintenance, program reporting, PMR materials, and continuous improvement initiatives, with strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in government services program management functions (planning, execution tracking, reporting).
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical teams and leadership.
• Experience coordinating program artifacts such as status reports and PMR materials.
• TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the PM in managing contract execution to meet schedule, budget, and performance objectives described in the PMP.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating the PMP and SOW task processes within time and budget constraints.
• Coordinate preparation of recurring program reporting and PMR materials.
• Help plan and execute continuous improvement plans and present results at PMRs.
• Track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies; facilitate cross-functional coordination to drive closure.
