Responsibilities

• Review proposals to determine time frame, funding, procedures, staffing, and resources for project phases.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase and arrange personnel.
• Confer with staff to outline work schedule and assign duties and authority.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure on-schedule and on-budget progress.
• Prepare reports for management and clients; coordinate with government agencies.
• Assist in execution of System Operation Verification Tests and related documentation.
• Conduct planning, site surveys, and configuration management functions.
• Assist in preparing installation and as-built drawings; make technical and procedural recommendations.
