Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) in Washington, DC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a Navy program office.

You will assist the prime contract program manager and coordinate with Navy stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of technical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has DoD program management experience, a DoD Secret clearance, strong leadership, budgeting, and risk management skills, plus proficiency with project planning

Qualifications

• Experience in DoD/Navy program management.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management principles.

• Contract management experience.

• Financial management experience.
• Scheduling and planning using Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist, and act on behalf of, the prime contract program manager managing a Navy Program Office contract.
• Assist in all contractual matters including Financial management, personnel management, stakeholder management and communication, risk and quality management, deliverable management, and internal and external reporting.
• Assist program budget and staffing requirements.
• Task Instruction management.
• Manage Program changes.
• Support project supervisors, controllers, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage sub-contractor relationship.
• Work closely and manage the customer expectations.
• Facilitate stakeholder kickoff and review meetings.
• Reviews of Contract Data Requirements, technical/status reports and invoices.
• Review status reports and invoices.
• Provide weekly status report and KPI’s.
