Job summary

Roseberry Care is seeking a Deputy Manager for our South Park home in York. You will support the Home Manager to ensure compassionate, person-centred care and a well-led team. This is a 40-hour per week role, driving excellence and staff development in a busy residential setting.

The ideal candidate is an RN with leadership qualities, a caring communicator, and a passion for high-quality care. Level 5 Leadership and Level 3 Adult Social Care credentials are desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified RN with valid NMC PIN preferred but not essential.
• Lead and motivate care teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Desire to step into senior leadership and role modelling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall home management and operations.
• Lead care teams to deliver outstanding care and support.
• Keep care plans up-to-date and individualized.
• Manage staffing, rotas, and mentor team members.
