We have an exciting opportunity within our brand new not-for-profit Children’s Services Residential Home in York. This service is a need-led children’s LD residential home, and we are now looking for an Ofsted Registered Manager to lead and develop the provision, setting the stage for a truly impactful service .
The successful applicant will lead, manage and support teams of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers across the home, while acting as a corporate parent to the children we care for, helping, supporting and ensuring they thrive in their day-to-day lives .
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our children’s residential home located in York, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities (LD) and other additional complex needs .
As an experienced manager, you will confidently lead and support dedicated teams, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where children and staff can thrive . You will play a key role in establishing and developing this new service, ensuring high-quality care delivery while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
