Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking an Experienced Deputy Manager (Clinical RN/RMN) to support high-quality, person-centred care and work with the Home Manager and senior team. You will oversee clinical governance, audits, safeguarding and risk management, and help develop the nursing team while leading day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Experienced Deputy Manager ready for your next clinical challenge?

A well-established care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager (Clinical RN/RMN) to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Working closely with the Home Manager and senior team, you'll help lead, maintain clinical standards and support the day-to-day management of the home.

You'll oversee areas including clinical governance, audits, safeguarding and risk management, while supporting and developing the nursing team.

Person specification:

• Full, clean registration with the NMC as a Registered Adult or Mental Health Nurse (RN/RMN)
• Experience working at senior level, ideally within a nursing home
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and risk management
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work - please note no visa support is available for this role
