Job summary
Dimensions is recruiting a Deputy Locality Manager to oversee services across Birmingham, Dudley and Wolverhampton. This fully off-rota role focuses on leadership, quality, and compliance while supporting multiple teams to deliver personalised support.
You will coach staff, drive service improvements and ensure high-quality, person-centered care in a dynamic locality. A Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or Leadership is preferred, with UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Qualifications
- Experience leading support teams and coaching colleagues.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel across Birmingham, Dudley and Wolverhampton.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and mentor support teams.
- Oversee rota management and workforce planning.
- Promote safe working practices and regulatory compliance.
- Drive person-centred planning and reviews with the people we support.
- Manage resources and budgets across the locality.
- Support continuous improvement and quality assurance activities.
