KBR is seeking a MSEIT Sustainment IPT Deputy Lead to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. The MSEIT program provides SEIT services for USSF, SSC, USAF and NC3 systems, enabling global secure, survivable communications for warfighters.

We are looking for an experienced leader to guide an 80-member Sustainment IPT at Peterson Space Force Base, coordinating with government customers and mission partners to deliver innovative solutions in a demanding environment. This is a 100% onsite role in CO.

Qualifications

• Active DoW SECRET Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years in systems engineering, integration, testing, logistics or software.
• 15+ years in air/space weapons systems.
• Experience in competitive multi-contractor environments.
• Lead sustainment organizations in TE, SE, SIT, logistics, software development or PM.
• Staffing planning and budgeting experience.
• Coordinate with Government and industry stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word).

Responsabilités

• Provide program and technical leadership for the MSEIT Sustainment IPT.
• Support IPT Lead in contract and corporate requirements while maintaining cost, schedule and performance.
• Foster cross-functional relationships within the IPT and with government customers.
• Develop and manage the Technical Content Matrix (TCM) and related proposals.
• Support CAM duties including forecasting, planning and budgeting of resources and costs.
• Coordinate with subcontractor leads for staffing and cost control.
• Manage multiple technical areas across systems engineering, testing, logistics, software development and futures analysis.
• Provide organizational and performance management for a team of 80 personnel.
• Execute onboarding/off-processing of contractor teammates and travel planning within budgets.
• Create, review and manage high-quality contract documents and actions.
• Interpret and implement corporate policies and procedures.
