The role reports to the General Counsel with exposure to commercial transactions, real estate, construction, development, environmental matters, and risk management, and to collaborate on strategic business decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 7–15 years of legal experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong background in real estate and/or construction litigation.
• Meaningful litigation and trial experience.
• Willingness to expand into business advisory and leadership roles.

• Advise management on a broad range of legal and business matters.
• Oversee commercial, real estate, and construction disputes.
• Assist with transactions, development projects, contracts, and operational matters.
• Identify and manage legal and business risks.
