Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Legal Division staff and projects.
• Prepare and render legal opinions to agency leadership.
• Draft legislation, policies, rules, and resolutions.
• Provide legal assistance in drafting agency documents and legislation.
• Assist Legislative Director on matters and provide legal analysis.
