Ladders is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to join a leader in the healthcare space. This role will serve as a senior legal advisor supporting a fast-moving healthcare organization as it develops new products, customer experiences, and scalable operating practices.

You will partner closely with business leaders to anticipate legal and regulatory issues, provide practical guidance, and help shape policies that support compliant growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare legal experience, in-house and/or at a law firm.
• J.D. degree with admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Expertise in regulatory matters, contracting, transactions, and/or litigation.
• Experience advising on regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clear legal guidance.

For our client, we are seeking a Deputy General Counsel to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will serve as a senior legal advisor supporting a fast-moving healthcare organization as it develops new products, customer experiences, and scalable operating practices. The position will partner closely with business leaders to anticipate legal and regulatory issues, provide practical guidance, and help shape policies that support compliant growth. You will also help build efficient legal processes and ensure the organization stays current on evolving U.S. and international requirements.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $280,000 – $320,000 annually
