North Shore Strategies is seeking Deputy Field Organizers for voter outreach across New York State Senate District 44. This field-based role focuses on door-to-door canvassing, direct conversations with voters, and travel across the district as needed.

The position supports campaign efforts, helps meet daily goals, and offers hands-on experience in political organizing. Start ASAP through 11/03/2026, with a pay of $3,500 per month (biweekly), part-time schedule (minimum 30 hours/week).

North Shore Strategies is seeking Deputy Field Organizers to support Democratic campaign efforts throughout New York State Senate District 44.

This is a field-based, district-wide position primarily responsible for door-to-door canvassing and direct conversations with voters. Deputy Field Organizers will be assigned to canvass in communities throughout ALL of New York State Senate District 44 and should be prepared to travel to different areas of the district based on program needs. This position is not limited to Schenectady or any single municipality.

Deputy Field Organizers will work alongside campaign and field leadership to carry out voter-contact programs, communicate campaign messages, identify supporters, collect voter feedback, and help campaigns meet daily and weekly organizing goals.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in political organizing and build toward future opportunities as Field Organizers, Regional Organizers, or other campaign staff.

• Interest in political campaigns, grassroots organizing, or Democratic politics
• Prior canvassing, organizing, sales, customer service, or community engagement experience is a plus, but not required
