Job summary

The incumbent will lead design and construction activities for HSRA projects, ensuring compliance, safety, and timely execution while mentoring engineering staff.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
• Medical clearance prior to hire.
• Eligibility: must be reachable on an employment list or have transfer/reinstatement eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical management and supervision of project, contract, and engineering management activities.
• Support delivery of high-speed rail projects including civil works, stations, infrastructure, and track systems.
• Collaborate with the Principal Transportation Engineer to meet project goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams across planning, design, and construction phases.
