Job summary

Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo) seeks Deputy Director to lead planning and execution readiness across the D4 End States organization in Richland, WA. You will direct managers and matrixed teams to support deactivation, decommissioning, and end-state objectives for Hazard Category II facilities.

The role requires extensive nuclear operations experience, DOE regulatory knowledge, and strong stakeholder collaboration to ensure safe, compliant mission delivery within CPCCo and with DOE

Qualifications

• Experience leading D4, Nuclear Operations, and Project Management within Hazard Category 2/3 facilities.
• Proven ability to manage large, matrixed teams and multi‑million dollar budgets.
• Expert knowledge of DOE Conduct of Operations, Maintenance & Work Control, Radiological Controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning and readiness across CPCCo in alignment with D4ES priorities.
• Oversee facilities operations, crafts, and support functions to ensure safe, compliant end states.
• Integrate activities with deactivation, decommissioning, surveillance, and transition planning.
• Foster safety culture and effective communication with stakeholders and regulators.
