Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health.
• Minimum of eight to ten years of progressive behavioral health/healthcare administration experience.
• At least five years of management experience supervising clinical operations, department leaders, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with budgeting, regulatory compliance, and performance-improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for CMHSP clinical operations and community service programs.
• Translate organizational priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Establish integrated operational structures and implement service-delivery models.
• Develop and evaluate policies, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Oversee clinical services, access, and care coordination to ensure timely engagement and quality care.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, documentation, and billing practices.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, and professional development to ensure service continuity.
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen integrated care and community partnerships.
• Drive financial stewardship and resource management across departments.
• Provide executive reports on performance, risks, and corrective actions.
