The City of Philadelphia seeks an accomplished leader to oversee its CEO’s Enterprise Information & Communications Unit. You will guide executive communications, information governance, evaluation, and storytelling to advance the city’s mission and equitable engagement.

You will translate complex data into clear public-facing narratives, oversee performance reporting and dashboards, and partner with city departments and funders to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Four‑year college degree required; master’s preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit/public sector highly desirable.
• 7+ years of progressive management experience.
• Experience leading communications, data, evaluation, or reporting functions.
• Ability to influence executives and partners across city departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CEO's Enterprise Information & Communications Unit and drive strategy.
• Provide executive leadership for communications, information, evaluation, and reporting.
• Develop enterprise information strategy, dashboards, and governance.
• Translate data and insights into actionable storytelling and public communications.
• Foster equitable engagement and resident voice in organizational learning.
• Collaborate with city departments, funders, and stakeholders.
