Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field.
• Five to seven years of leadership experience in community/economic development or higher ed.
• Experience managing externally funded projects and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Center initiatives and supervise staff.
• Partner with the Inaugural Director to set priorities and advance goals.
• Develop and manage multi-year strategic initiatives and community projects.
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with municipalities, agencies, nonprofits, and industry.
• Coordinate grant administration, reporting, and budget stewardship.
• Translate research into practical community solutions and promote impact.
