Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is seeking a Deputy Deployment Lead to guide complex system deployments nationwide. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, subcontractors, and DHS customers to ensure planning, installation, integration, and lifecycle support.

The role requires 10+ years of deployment experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years integrating and deploying complex systems.
• Preferred DHS or Defense deployment experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support full deployment lifecycle from site surveys to testing.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary field teams to meet schedule, quality, and budget.
• Serve as the DHS stakeholder point of contact; provide updates and issue resolution.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor coordination.
