Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute civil papers: citations, notices, subpoenas, summons, restraining orders.
• Deliver and execute writs: garnishment, attachment, execution, habeas corpus, orders of sale.
• Perform arrests, transport prisoners to jail and court as needed.
• Assist Bailiff duties for the Justice of the Peace and perform related tasks.
