The Floyd County Board of Commissioners is seeking a Deputy Clerk I to perform clerical duties for the Court System, including processing documents, maintaining records, and handling routine inquiries.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least six months of clerical experience, with strong data entry, cash handling, and customer service skills to support public interactions and court operations.
The purpose of this classification is to perform clerical work functions associated with processing/maintaining information, documentation, and records and responding to requests for information related to the Court System.
High school diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of experience in clerical/general office work or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
