Job summary

Alcoa Corporation seeks a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer to lead day-to-day security operations and help shape enterprise cybersecurity strategy. You will partner with the CISO, drive initiative execution, and ensure governance across NIST, ISO, and CIS frameworks.

This leadership role requires managing a global team, owning budgets, and communicating risk and KPI metrics to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience driving enterprise cybersecurity strategy and program maturity.
• Align security initiatives with business objectives, risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
• Track record in building and leading globally distributed teams.
• Expertise in cyber risk management and governance frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS).
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and board-level stakeholders; ROI-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the cybersecurity program and governance.
• Act as CISO when needed to ensure continuity and leadership.
• Drive initiatives like Zero Trust, identity security, vulnerability management.
• Mentor a globally distributed cybersecurity team and manage budgets.
